The 5th European Tramdriver Championships were organized on 23 April 2016 in Berlin, with the participation of 27 tram companies from 17 countries. Eszter Muli and Antal Harsányi attended the contest in the colors of the Budapest Transport Privately Held Corporation (BKV), who have proven to be the best in a very strong competition, showing outstanding performance and convincing excellence. The championships attracted a huge audience, about 18000 people followed the events.
The team of BKV has won for the second time, last time the contestants of our company have stood on the highest point of the podium in 2012.
